Days Gone Gas Station and Early Highway Loot Concepts

This Gas station image is an early concept for what later became Crazy Willies in the game.

The Hwy loot image is a very early concept I did when we were trying to figure out what the choked highways might look like in Days Gone. A big thanks to Christian Piccolo who helped me a lot on this one, rendering out all the cars and supplying me with photo reference. The composition is based on a sketch Donald Yatomi did. This image was selected for the 2018 Into The Pixel Collection and was showcased and auctioned at E3 2018.
